Every other document puts, in that space, the one datum that opens everything behind it. Here there is nothing. The hatched panel is not a missing image and not a printing fault: it is the promise of the document. The name is public, the wallet is secret, and the reader gets the assertions without the key to the rest.
Said plainly: at tier 2 the reader does learn the address. The privacy is from the world, not from the counterparty you chose yourself.
